REMINDER: GMVA Proposal deadline 1 Feb

This is a reminder that users who wish to apply for ALMA Band 3 VLBI time in Cycle 4 need to also submit a GMVA proposal via the NRAO proposal submission tool before the 1st of February deadline. 

Please see this webpage for more details on proposing to GMVA for use with ALMA in Cycle 4.

UK ALMA Regional Centre website

Currently our website www.alma.ac.uk is down for maintenance following some technical difficulties over the New Years period. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to re-launch the website soon.

The online ALMA simulator (OST) which we host is unaffected by this issue.

 

UK ALMA Meetings 2016

Thank you to all UK ARC Node users who took part in the UK ALMA Science meetings 2016 survey in December 2015.

Taking the results of this survey we will be holding both a General Array Combination workshop and an ALMA Data Reduction Party style event in the coming year, with the latter likely to take place in May.

We will make more details available in the coming months.
